What is an analyst inquiry?

WHAT IS AN ANALYST INQUIRY?

Analyst inquiries connect business or IT leaders with Aragon analysts. A business leader might be faced with a challenge, decision, or simply have a question about their business that they are seeking advice for. They provide their questions in advance of the inquiry via the Analyst Inquiry Form.

WHY SCHEDULE AN ANALYST INQUIRY?

The purpose of an analyst inquiry is to help our analysts understand your business context and needs. This allows us  to help you solve your challenges, assess competitive threats, and spot opportunities for growth with:

  • Objective, actionable insights
  • Strategic advice
  • A personalized approach

WHO IS INVOLVED?

An analyst inquiry is a meeting between a business or IT leader and an Aragon lead analyst who not only has unrivaled expertise in technologies but also has executive business and IT experience.

WHEN and WHERE?

Analyst inquiries are typically 30 minutes. The preferred methods for inquiries are web/video meetings or telephone. Most analyst inquiries will be processed and then accepted or declined within five business days. Accepted inquiries will typically be scheduled to take place within two to four weeks of the submission.

HOW IS AN ANALYST INQUIRY CONDUCTED?

Our analyst comes prepared to answer the questions that were asked in advance. They will provide advice on how to deal with a technology-related set of issues or opportunities, guidance on business models and strategy, and more, dependent upon the questions asked.
