Founder, CEO and Lead Analyst
Jim Lundy is the founder and CEO of Aragon Research. Jim also serves as Lead Analyst for Collaboration, Mobile, Social, Content Management, and Learning. He is also the practice lead for Sales and Marketing. Jim has over 35 years of technology and management experience as a vendor, user and analyst. Jim spent twelve years at Gartner, where he formed and led the Collaboration and Social Software Research Team and also served as lead analyst for Enterprise Content Management and Corporate Learning. Jim has extensive experience in product strategy, development and go-to-market plans.
Prior to founding Aragon Research, Jim was the VP/General Manager of the Collaboration Business Unit at Saba Software. Jim also spent fifteen years at Xerox Corporation in a variety of software and hardware sales and marketing positions. Jim has a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
Vice President and Research Fellow
Jim Sinur joined Aragon Research in 2016 as a Vice President and Research Fellow. As a distinguished Thought Leader, he covers Digital Transformation, the Digital Business Platform (DBP), the Internet of Things (IoT), Cognitive Delivery, and the Intelligent Workplace.
Prior to joining Aragon, Mr. Sinur spent 20 years at Gartner, where he was critical in creating the first Hype Cycle and Maturity Model, which have become a hallmark of Gartner analysis, along with the Magic Quadrant. Prior to Gartner, Mr. Sinur was a Director of World Wide Technologies at American Express.
Director of Marketing
Patricia Lundy is the Director of Marketing at Aragon Research. She oversees the execution of our digital marketing strategies and spearheads lead generation, customer retention, and public relations campaigns. Patricia also provides support for all digital marketing campaigns and deliverables for sales and ensures that sales and marketing are in alignment.
Patricia graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles and holds a B.A. in English.
Vice President Sales
Bob Sweeney is the Vice President of Major Accounts at Aragon Research. Bob manages new business development and manages our relationships with existing clients. Bob is a veteran sales professional whose spent over thirteen years at LexisNexis. Before LexisNexis, Bob also held a variety of sales positions at Xerox.
Bob has a B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
CFO, Vice President Operations
Patricia Sweeney is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations for Aragon Research.
Patricia manages Finance, Human Resouces and Marketing Operations. She has over 25 years of operations and marketing experience, including management positions at a number of Silicon Valley firms, including Hewlett Packard and Xerox Corporation.
Patricia has a BA in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
Evan is the Marketing Manager at Aragon Research and has been with the company since June, 2015. He plans and executes the company’s PR and Marketing initiatives through marketing automation campaigns, social media management, and content creation and promotion. He also serves as Aragon’s Webmaster. Before working at Aragon, Evan was an Administrative Assistant at NKFR, LLP, where he discovered an interest for technology.
Evan has a B.S. in Management from the University of San Francisco.
