Aragon Transform 2022 Recap
Last week, on December 8th, Aragon Research hosted its 12th annual Transform with a fantastic turnout.
This year’s Transform was a hybrid format with a virtual morning session and an in-person dinner and networking event in the evening.
The virtual morning session consisted of a talk from our analysts, an Executive Guest Panel and the announcement of our 2022 Hot Vendor and Women In Technology winners.
While the in-person evening dinner consisted of our Women-In-Tech guest panel and the announcement of our 2022 Innovation winners.

Morning Virtual Event
Aragon Analysts Keynote: Top Ten Technologies for 2023 and 2028
The first event of Transform was led by Aragon analysts with a Keynote Session on the “Top Ten Technologies for 2023 and 2028”.
Our analysts unveiled the technologies to watch out for next year and beyond. You can watch the full list revealed on-demand for free here.
Executive Guest Panel
Our 2022 Executive Guest panelists featured:

- Eric Hanson – CMO of OneSpan
- Michael Schultz – SVP Marketing of Nintex
Next, our Executive Guest panelists took the virtual stage to lead a fantastic discussion on business transformation.

We closed out the virtual event with our CEO and Lead Analyst, Jim Lundy, announcing the winners for our 2022 Hot Vendors and Women-In-Technology awards and played clips of their acceptance speeches.

Evening In-Person Event
We hosted our in-person portion of Transform at the Domenico Winery in San Carlos, CA. The evening was filled with food, drinks, and conversations from table to table.
Guests were also able to enjoy our complimentary swag bag – filled with See’s Candies Santas, an old Transform favorite.
Women In Technology Guest Panel
Before dinner, guests gathered to watch our Women-In-Tech guest panel, where our panelists talked about their experience in the tech industry and the advice they have for women in technology and future WIT leaders.
Our 2022 panelists included:

- Rashim Mogha – Customer Market Leader of Skillsoft
- Virginia Davis-Lee – Head of Communications and Influencer Relations of Avaya
2022 Innovation Awards Ceremony
After dinner, we wrapped up this year’s Transform by awarding our 2022 Innovation winners.
