Corporate Strategy 2023: Planning to Become an Intelligent Enterprise

The battle cry over the last few years is about being digital. Digital is not enough today in the ChatGPT craze.

One thing is becoming clear, it is not just about having a conversational knowledge tool, it is about having a strategy to become an intelligent business.

This blog discusses the need to develop a strategy to be an intelligent enterprise.

AI is Real – There is No Denying That

Over the last few years during vendor briefings, I would often speak that I had a can of virtual spray paint and would tell some vendors that “They have no AI.” Vendors would often get upset and say that they did and we would continue to claim that they didn’t.

Finally, most would admit that they did not have any AI in their product. Times have changed and the prototype demo that ChatGPT has offered to the world has demonstrated that AI is real and computers can intelligently talk to you. intelligent enterprise intelligent enterprise corporate strategy

Planning to Be Intelligent

Part of the role of intelligence is the ability to automate processes. This is because when the application is intelligent it generally can recognize tasks and complete them if prompted by the human operator.

In the future, many of these tasks just will be done automatically. However, what we’re talking about is developing a strategy in all aspects of the business to make the enterprise fully intelligent.

Strategic Planning

The strategy to become an intelligent enterprise is no easy task. It takes planning, understanding, and changing out providers that can’t supply intelligent applications.

Aragon has spent the last several years helping enterprises to at least understand how high the stakes are and that they can’t afford to wait. The time is now. corporate strategy

The First Step to Becoming an Intelligent Enterprise: Operations

One of the first things that an enterprise needs to do is to understand the areas that are ripe for both automation and intelligence, which means real-time understanding and predictions. There isn’t a single part of the business that can’t benefit from this approach. However, most enterprises depend on software and technology providers to help them with providing intelligent products.

Making enterprise operations intelligent is a great place to start. Looking at areas such as sales and upgrading the CRM to be intelligent is an easy playbook to run.
