We caught up with Whitney Bouck, COO of HelloSign, to learn how the team is continuing to create ways for enterprises to speed up workflows and why they are again, proud to sponsor Aragon Transform.
Why are you proud to work at HelloSign?
Believe it or not, it is inspiring to work at a company that is reimagining how we sign documents. Signatures are often involved at pivotal times in our lives. An offer letter for a new job, closing on a home or buying a new car, there are many examples. The fact that we as HelloSign get to play a small part in making that process (often the final part) delightful for both the signer and team requesting the signature is amazing.
What is something HelloSign is doing right now that you’re really excited about?
We (Dropbox) believe the way teams work today is fundamentally broken, and we are creating a new way for teams to do their best work together. Being incredibly focused on that one goal allows us to bring a level of passion and focus to bear on solving a super challenging and impactful problem, and HelloSign couldn’t be more excited to be part of that!

What is one app you can’t live without?
Dropbox Paper has become my go-to app for collaboration and brainstorming. It allows us to bring diverse teams of folks together to collaborate on everything from product messaging to launch plans in a clean, intuitive way. We can have multiple teams like design, digital marketing, product managers, and leadership working together in a single place, which has made us so much more productive at work!
