2. How does HelloSign bring value to your customers in times of crisis?
We recognize that this is a time of great stress and uncertainty as we fight the global spread of COVID-19. To help, we are offering HelloSign subscriptions for a three-month period to nonprofits and NGOs that are focused on fighting COVID-19 and to K-12 teachers who are facilitating distance learning.
HelloSign provides a critical service during this new normal of distributed work. Businesses need to keep moving forward despite not being able to meet in person and execute traditional pen and paper signatures. HelloSign enables this at a time when “digital-first” is a must.

3. What are the most critical changes that we must make to face the COVID-19 era and beyond?
- Adoption of distributed work
- A centralized digital space to consolidate and manage important documents and content
- There’s still lots of work to do when it comes to bringing paper-based processes online. The elusive paperless office has been elusive for a reason. This, in many ways, is a cultural shift that requires something really big like Covid to act as a catalyst for change. It’s also a lack of education and awareness around the security and legality of electronic signatures.
