Today, Aragon Research kicked off our 2021 Transform Tour (sponsored by Avaya) with our first event of the year: ‘Transform Tour 2021: Transformation via Automation’. This event included two insightful presentations that took a deep dive into how enterprises can use automation to their advantage to transform both business processes and customer experiences in 2021 and beyond.
