Business automation is the use of technology and services to reduce human work. Implementing business automation can help organizations improve quality of services, simplify processes, or even reduce costs.
The addition of business automation is meant to enhance already existing business processes, not to change the existing business model. Since business automation capabilities are largely available within existing applications and services, business strategy planning, change management, and business operating investments are fairly low.
