Decision Management

Decision Management is comprised of frameworks, methods, and technologies that take insight to action to deliver desirable outcomes for the circumstances at hand while delivering strategy without violating governance constraints. Decision Management operates at all levels—including strategic, tactical, and operational—to choose the right action or non-action in a set of emergent conditions.

Decision Management is still relatively new as a category and technology providers often offer the functionality within a larger product framework or suite.
