Lecture Capture

Lecture capture is the term used for recording a class at a school or university. However, it has become a must-have capability for conferences and corporate town halls.

Video capture, both in a lecture scenario or at other places, such as at an oil rig, enables valuable content to be captured and then edited or just uploaded to the video repository.

Advances in video capture technology and auto-tagging and the ability to upload content to a cloud repository can enable quicker access to captured video. This is particularly important in higher education settings where students need to access a lecture for preparation or course review.
