Microlearning

Microlearning, also referred to as performance support, focuses on delivering knowledge at the point in time that it is needed to accomplish a task. Microlearning is often delivered in the form of a short course or video snippet. Video tutorials are popular for just that reason.

Also called the anti-LMS, microlearning focuses on content and outcomes versus tracking.
