Microlearning, also referred to as performance support, focuses on delivering knowledge at the point in time that it is needed to accomplish a task.

Microlearning refers to the delivery of knowledge in small chunks at the time of need. Microlearning is ideal for knowledge intensive roles where employees may need certain information prior to or while performing a task. Nearly every job can benefit from Microlearning, especially Sales and Service professionals and critical operations staff in vertical markets, such as Aerospace, Defense, Healthcare, and Manufacturing
