Summary: Aragon Research introduces our Hot Vendor Special Report for Learning and Talent Management, 2012. Enterprises need the right tools to train and manage their talent and we have found some providers that have unique ways of doing that.
In every market, there are always vendors with compelling offerings, products or both who are not yet on the enterprise radar. Perhaps because they are new or just small, they don’t yet have market awareness. Aragon Research is constantly looking for vendors that can provide our clients with helpful solutions.
People are the most expensive asset in any organization and getting the most out of your people isn’t always easy. Our hot vendors for 2012 focus on various aspects of dealing with people, including Learning, HCM and Talent.
In Learning, we see a trend of having learning become more balanced between formal and informal, as well as more verticalized and just in time. The bottom line is that a better-trained organization will have higher levels of productivity, which leads to better business results.
In HCM and Talent, having the right information about your employees and also keeping them motivated are critical success factors. What we like in these areas is that more tools are emerging that help drive engagement proactively, not reactively.
This research note is not intended to be a complete list of vendors in the markets being discussed. It does highlight vendors that have interesting, cutting-edge products, services or technologies. See footnote on page 1 for warranty disclaimer.
