Website Data Collection Overview
Our website does not collect personal data about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services.
Personal Data Collection Overview
If you choose to receive company or product information, you will need to complete our online request forms. The online forms provide site visitors with an opportunity to request free product downloads and demos, view Aragon Research notes, register for free Aragon Research online seminars, and enroll for various services. These forms may require your name, company name, e-mail address, company address, phone number or other information to help us determine and respond to your needs related to the products and/or services requested. All information provided by the visitor is voluntary.
We use this information to send updates about our company and our products and to contact you if requested or necessary. We also use the demographic information you provide on these forms in connection with studies and reports regarding our website, such as website usage patterns, in order to better understand the needs of visitors to our website. We will not, however, associate any personally identifiable information which you provide with the information in these studies and reports.
We do not collect your e-mail addresses without your express permission. You may voluntarily provide us with this information (via our online information request forms, whitepaper request form, webinar forms, and other website forms and surveys). We will periodically use your e-mail to communicate with you and will send emails to this address related to your registration. By signing up for Aragon Research forms, whitepapers, or requests for information, you agree to receive the correspondence to which you have subscribed at the e-mail address that you provided at registration. If you decide you no longer wish to receive marketing e-mail from us in the future, you may choose to opt-out at any time.

Aragon Research retains personal data, as necessary, for the duration of the relevant business relationship. We may also retain personal data for longer than the duration of the business relationship should we need to retain it to protect ourselves against legal claims, use it for analysis or historical record-keeping, or comply with our information management policies and schedules.
