Compliance Training
Compliance training is the process of educating employees on company policies, laws, and regulations relevant to the company and the role of the employee. The purpose of compliance training is to avoid violations and penalties, create a respectful workplace, and to prepare for potential employee wrongdoings.
Compliance training varies throughout each industry, but is especially important for companies that handle sensitive data and assets. Implementing a compliance training program will help create structure and value in an organization and decrease major risks.
Today, there is a need for seamless compliance training and learning processes. This can be achieved through custom courses, interactive OPS manuals, how-to videos, microlearning, and social learning. However, there is also a need to go beyond compliance based training and dive into enhancing the employee’s performance through skill and enhanced role based training.
