One of the key drivers in the proliferation of smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices is innovation in the user experience. Computing is becoming far more intuitive and accessible than ever. The user experience is being redefined, with touch providing a foundation for more engaging systems, and voice poised to accelerate this momentum. Enterprises need to focus on user experience as new systems are implemented, with touch and voice creating new priorities.
