Faye is responsible for leading Avaya’s HR team, which includes strategic HR planning; mergers and acquisitions; international resource planning; new business and geographic expansion; and talent recruitment, engagement, development & retention.
Faye joined Avaya from Wyndham Hotel Group, a division of Wyndham Worldwide, where she served as executive vice president of HR. During her 16 years at Wyndham, Faye held several leadership positions including executive vice president and vice president of HR for Wyndham Destination Network.
Prior to joining Wyndham, Faye held various HR roles at RS Components. Faye is a native of the U.K. and studied Human Resources at the University of Northampton, U.K.
Sr. Director, People & Communities Organization at Cisco
Macy Andrews is Sr. Director, People & Communities Organization. She leads both the culture practice and the award-winning Talent Brand team focused on attracting talent in high growth segments and within the core business. Prior to this role, she served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) where she led cross functional teams across HR and the company to effectively execute on innovating and enhancing the HR strategy within Cisco.
Prior to Cisco, Macy has worked closely with the top executive teams while holding various positions in Human Resources, Executive Communications and Marketing within Intel Corporation, Yahoo! and Symantec. Macy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Southern California.
