Our upcoming virtual Transform Tour event, Transformation via Automation, is approaching and seats are filling up fast! Transform Events
First, let’s talk about our events and how you would benefit from having your company represented at them. This year we have 3 Transform events. Our transform tour will include two virtual events–one on April 21st and one on June 10th in the first half of 2021, with more TBD in the fall. Our main Transform event will take place around December 2nd where, if circumstances allow, we are hoping to have a hybrid event. This hybrid event would include both a virtual portion, which will allow people in different locations to attend our awards ceremony and programming as well as an in-person component
Your company logo will be displayed during our transform events on our virtual console.
In the past, we were able to take our Transform Tour around the United States and hold an in-person conference. But due to the current circumstances, we have taken our Transform Tour virtual, and it has opened so many doors. It has allowed people from other countries, other states, and any time zone to attend.
The first virtual Transform Tour, scheduled for April 21st, 2021, consists of 2 insightful presentations from our Aragon analysts as well as a presentation from our expert guest panel consisting of representatives from our sponsors. Our events bring together hundreds of business professionals from all different industries.
As mentioned previously, this year, our first event is ‘Transform Tour 2021: Transformation via Automation’ where the discussion will be focused on ways enterprises can use automation to their advantage to transform both business processes and customer experiences in 2021 and beyond. The next virtual transform tour, in June, will have a new topic and more panelists! Our Transform Tour has continued to grow year over year and we expect exponential growth this year.
Our biggest annual event happens in December. This event also includes two panels, including a Women In Technology panel, as well as an analyst presentation. You might even get a sneak peek of our technology predictions for 2022! This is also where we will be recognizing our Hot Vendors, Women In Tech, and Innovation winners. This event, as mentioned before, will incorporate a hybrid component if circumstances allow.

- Swag Item– Depending on your level of sponsorship, a swag item embedded with your company logo will be sent to a certain number of event registrants. The type of swag item is also determined by which sponsorship level you choose.
- Aragon Website – Your logo will be represented on our website in multiple different places. Some sponsorships also include blog or podcast opportunities where Aragon does some PR work for you, something normally reserved only for thought leadership content packages!
- Logo on Console During Event– Your company logo will also be visible at all times during the event with an easy access link connecting to your website. Depending on your sponsorship level, you’ll be able to add a call to action of your choice for event attendees to take action on.
- Custom Benefits– Each sponsor will have different specific benefits that you can learn more about by talking to one of our sales representatives!
For Aragon Transform 2020 we had about 400 registrants and sent out swag kits to the first 100. This year, within a week of announcing our first virtual Transform Tour, Transformation via Automation, we already have 70 registrants from 6 different countries!

You can choose to become a Global Sponsor or you can become an Aragon Transform sponsor, with the Diamond sponsor being our most elite. A Global Sponsor will be represented in all of our –our 2 virtual Transform Tour events in the first half of 2021, with more TBD in the second half, and Aragon Transform in December. If you choose the Aragon Transform sponsorship option, you’ll be represented only at our event in December–our biggest event.
