Summary

We find that the overwhelming challenges organizations face delivering business value and outcomes are due to a lack of management, leadership, and people issues. An effective governance discipline can have a powerful impact on helping organizations address these issues.

In this note, we explore the evolution of the governance discipline, and introduce Aragon Research’s Governance Framework. We created this framework to help clients understand what elements need to be considered as part of a highly effective governance discipline.
