Incentive Compensation Management
Incentive compensation management allows an enterprise to plan, manage, and track a sales commission program for their sales organization.
While it's not new, recent developments now allow for integration with a customer relationship management (CRM) application so that sales representatives can see what they will earn for different types of transactions. However, not all incentive compensation management systems provide for CRM integration, especially for complex or sophisticated compensation plans.
