Knowledge Automation (KA)

Knowledge automation (KA) technologies combine machine learning with content and analytics, forming the ability to identify knowledge gaps and then correct them with curated content, or a knowledge campaign.

The combination of machine learning with constant measurement of what people are doing in the context of a particular task or job, allows knowledge automation systems to constantly deliver the right information at the right time. We would note that there is a link between KA applications and the rise of digital assistants.
