Video Notary

Video notary is the process of using a video conferencing service to simulate a physical notary signing process, also referred to as eNotary.

In the case of video notary, the parties are remote and the signing of documents is done electronically. The notary watches the process via video and can confirm the parties' identities and signing accuracy.
