This starts with employee training during the onboarding stage and continues with just-in-time learning to further employee development as they grow in their professional careers.

The corporate learning market now has a wealth of resources for learning and development in the digital era, from video learning, to customizable HR courses, to gamified learning. Knowing which technologies to embrace to propel the workforce into success—at every stage of the employee lifecycle—is a key area of concern for chief learning officers and business leaders.
