Jim Lundy
Founder, CEO and Lead Analyst
Jim Lundy is the founder and CEO of Aragon Research. Jim also serves as Lead analyst for collaboration, mobile, social, content management, user interface and knowledge. Jim has over 29 years of technology and management experience as a vendor, user and analyst. Jim spent twelve years at Gartner and where he formed and led the Collaboration and Social Software Research Team and also served as lead analyst for Enterprise Content Management and Corporate Learning. Jim has extensive experience in product strategy, development and go-to-market plans.
Prior to founding Aragon Research, Jim was the VP/General Manager of the Collaboration Business Unit at Saba Software. Jim also spent fifteen years at Xerox Corporation in a variety of software and hardware sales and marketing positions. Jim has a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University. Read More about Jim.

Mike Anderson
Co-Founder, President and Lead Analyst
Mike Anderson is the co-founder and President of Aragon Research. Mike also serves as Lead analyst, and coverage includes workplace, collaboration, mobile and social. Mike has more than 35 years of technology and management experience as a vendor, user and analyst. He spent 20 years with Gartner where his coverage included workplace technologies, collaboration and business intelligence and where he launched and led the electronic workplace service. Mike also served as chair for 10 Gartner Symposium events. Prior to his career as an analyst, Mike was with IBM and spent 13 years with Deere.
Patricia Sweeney
Vice President Operations, Director of Marketing
Patricia Sweeney is the Vice President of Operations for Aragon Research. Patricia oversees finance, HR and day to day Marketing Operations. She has over 25 years of marketing and operations experience, including management positions at a number of Silicon Valley firms, including Hewlett Packard and Xerox Corporation. Patricia has a BA in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
Lou Latham
Research Editor
Lou Latham is the Research Editor for Aragon Research. Lou oversees the editing process and he plays a critical part in helping to ensure the high quality of our research deliverables. Lou is a veteran research editor and analyst who spent 16 years at Gartner as both a research editor and a lead analyst in Collaboration and Content Management. Lou has a B.A. in History from Charter Oak State College. He also served in the US Army Signal Corp, which included a tour in Vietnam. Lou is based in Redding, Connecticut.

John Lundy
Director of Sales
John Lundy is the Director of Commercial Sales for Aragon Research. John manages client relationships on the Eastern Seaboard, as well as Major Accounts. He spent 24 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry in a variety of Sales and Marketing positions. John’s work included key roles at both Sanofi Aventis and Roche Pharmaceuticals. John has a B.S. in Microbiology from Penn State University and is based in State College, Pennsylvania.
