Yesterday we announced our new Interactive Research at Aragon and at the same time, changed the research business. Research content has been traditionally text based, but business and IT Professionals want more than just text documents. We unveiled our new Services yesterday that feature our new Interactive Research content.
Interactive Research is all about engaging content. People learn faster with interactive content because they tend to like something more if they can directly interact with it themselves. It makes for a more personalized experience. It is much more visually appealing and engaging to have a Lead Analyst of a company speak to you directly through a video than it is to read some of his research, because his presence is more impactful. Furthermore, we also introduced our new services BIZTEX and ITEX for Business and IT Leaders yesterday, and these two services represent our flagship offerings and feature Interactive Research. That’s because the toolkits for problem solving and the how-to guides for strategic decision-making that these two services provide are all presented in an interactive format. Instead of just reading a document detailing the steps to “leveraging sales and marketing synergies” now you can see it and hear it being done right in front of you, which is a more effective way to learn because it requires active engagement.
