AirWatch (see Note 1) was one of the first technology providers to look beyond device management to the broader spectrum of enterprise mobile management (EMM) (see Figure 1). AirWatch has one of the largest customer bases in the EMM market. As this space grows, enterprise investments in EMM will be a given. This broader spectrum includes people and processes alongside technology that is often overlooked.
