As enterprises consider moving their email and office functions to the cloud, one differentiator is the depth of editing capability their users need. The Aragon Research office user segmentation toolkit lets clients save money by analyzing what tools different types of office workers need, and selecting appropriate cloud office tools for each type instead of giving everyone the same expensive suite (see Research Note 2012-T3, “Toolkit for Segmenting Office Users and Authoring Tools”).
